School Hours

High school students at Ashland High School have  the opportunity to take several classes in the Ashland Innovation Center. Throughout the day, students can also sign up to come and use the makerspace during their study. 

• Student Technology Assistance Team - in this course, students serve as the IT helpdesk to troubleshoot around the school. On the side, they also work on an independent project of choice. 
• Engineering for the Future - in the full-year course, students learn about the different types of engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, aerospace, etc.) and use the makerspace to make projects. 
• Making Authentic K-12 Education "MAKE" - in this new course, Makerspace Mentors plan for upcoming sessions.
